4. Place the mouthguard in your mouth and gently press it against your teeth and palate with your fingers and tongue.

5. Bite down gently and hold the mouthguard in position for about 30 seconds to allow it to fully adjust.

6. Remove the face mask and immediately immerse it in cold water to fix the shape.

7. Check the fit and repeat the process if necessary until the face mask fits perfectly.
